We've become one of the highest rated caterers in New Orleans through our hands-on, immediate-response approach, and by offering dynamic menus that always surprise and delight guests.  This is so much more than event planning to us,  this is an opportunity to help create a moment that can build stronger relationships between you, your employees, and clients.

Saveur Catering in event planning. What this means is that we’ll take care of anything and everything that’s needed to make your party happen.  We manage rentals, staff, day of coordination, set-up and breakdown on the day of your party, and more. There’s no cookie cutter approach when it comes to creating a party.  We’re open to collaborating with your team or solely creating your vision so you don’t have to spend endless hours managing all the details.

Disaster Catering

We are fully licensed and insured. We can travel anywhere on the South. We can feed as many as 12,000 people three meals a day. We negotiate rentals and provide all kinds of equipment and staff for staging areas.

In short, we do everything behind the scenes so that emergency responders are free to do their jobs.

The Secretariat Derby Bar

A Vintage HORSE TRAILER BAR WITH 6 TAP HANDLES AND FULL BAR SERVICES.

We converted into a bar on wheels. We provide full bar services out of this trailer with two bartenders inside. Making it the perfect choice if you are planning to showcase a variety of draft beers at your party. Along with draft beer we will also serve our delicious craft cocktails and wine out of this trailer with our full bar services. The fun western vibe of this converted horse trailer makes it a perfect choice for your event.

WE BRING THE TASTE OF LOUISIANA  TO YOU

Using only the freshest Seafood directly from the docks, Saveur Catering creates a succulent seafood boil complete with corn, potatoes and all the fixings. Louisiana favorites are the staples of our menu. This can include everything from authentic cochon de lait (pig roast) with red beans and rice to chicken or sausage gumbo. Regardless of the food choice you select, we cook everything fresh and on site.

I want to thank Chef Melissa Araujo for the most amazing pot roast and potatoes. She is such a compassionate person. During her busy day of planning and cooking for her business, she took the time to prepare AND deliver a meal over 70 miles to my family since I was unable to cook due to neck surgery. OMG the roast melted in our mouth like butter. It was so amazing with NO leftovers but full-fat bellies. Again thank you so much you are GOD sent.

Melissa is a professional caterer who cares about the food she creates. We collaborated together on a meal for twenty for four nights for my production to be reflective of a New Orleans meal in the 1800s. She dove into the project with fervor and designed six delicious and creative dishes. Her ingredients are always fresh and local due to her certified farm to table status. Saveur catering...simply amazing. Melissa was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. She helped us curate a beautiful menu, her ideas and suggestions were delicious. All of our 80 guests were left full and happy and all asking “who is your caterer?!”. She seamlessly pulled off a 3 course dinner for us at race and religious. Had no problem making adjustments to guest count changes at the last minute, and helped me at times when I was at a loss, wedding planning is tough! But Melissa’s great attitude and sense of humor was the voice of reason I needed when stress levels were running high! Melissa and her team were amazing and the food was amazing.
