Melissa is a professional caterer who cares about the food she creates. We collaborated together on a meal for twenty for four nights for my production to be reflective of a New Orleans meal in the 1800s. She dove into the project with fervor and designed six delicious and creative dishes. Her ingredients are always fresh and local due to her certified farm to table status.
