Laura & Brady’s wedding was a small and intimate sit down dinner we had the pleasure of catering last fall. They wanted to treat their 90 guests to a classic New Orleans Menu . We work closely with Laura to create a menu that would reflect both of them . All the ingredients used to create this dinner were locally sourced throughout Louisiana.

Second Course

Seafood Gumbo

Traditional New Orleans Seafood Gumbo made with local Gulf Seafood served with popcorn rice and green onions

Main Course

Trout Almondine

Served with creamy grits, infused with goat cheese and thyme and seasonal green beans with a brulee lemon

Veal Grillades

served with Covey Rise Farms seasonal veggies , creamy truffle infused mashed potatoes
